★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de su personal, las porciones no corresponden a lo que en la carta ofrecen, me salió un pedazo de hule como de 7 o 10 cms en mi consomé, pensé que era cebolla, le comente a una señorita pero ni disculpas ofreció, no dijo nada y solo se retiró apenada. No pidan los tacos de tuétano, el mesero dijo que era para compartir y sirven 3 medios huesos con una embarrada de tuétano que ni un solo taco te sale. Extremadamente tardado en servir, no están pendientes de tortillas y cuando las pides se les olvida, cuando las traían estaban frías y duras y solo llevaban 2 o 3 piezas las cuales se acababan inmediatamente. Eramos 7 personas y se les olvido servirles su platillo a dos comensales, después del reclamo sirvieron ya que todos los demás estábamos apunto de terminar y eran tacos dorados, nada que requiriera tiempo para su elaboración. El consomé de pollo sin pollo, sin verdura y sin arroz, en la carta así es como lo presentan pero solo era puro caldo. La sopa de tortilla la peor sopa que hemos probado. Todo el humo de la cocina se mete al área de las mesas, es muy incómodo. Los baños sucios, tapados y mal olientes. y la verdad no volvería a ir, tenía altas expectativas de ese lugar pero no es nada recomendable.
Bad service from your staff, the portions do not correspond to what they offer in the menu, I got a piece of rubber about 7 or 10 cm in my consommé, I thought it was onion, I told a young lady but she did not offer any apologies, no she said nothing and just walked away sadly. Do not order the marrow tacos, the waiter said it was for sharing and they serve 3 half bones with a marrow smear that not a single taco comes out. Extremely long to serve, they are not aware of tortillas and when you ask for them they forget, when they brought them they were cold and hard and they only had 2 or 3 pieces which were finished immediately. We were 7 people and they forgot to serve their dish to two diners, after the claim they served since all the rest were about to finish and they were golden tacos, nothing that required time for their preparation. The chicken consommé without chicken, without vegetables and without rice, on the menu that is how they present it but it was only pure broth. The tortilla soup the worst soup we have ever had. All the smoke from the kitchen gets into the table area, it is very uncomfortable. Dirty, stuffy and smelly bathrooms. And the truth is, I would not go again, I had high expectations of that place but it is not recommended.
