About EL PASTOR ROSTICERIA
Fundador de Grupo Peravi® (1964) y Rosticeria el Pastor® (1971) el empresario de Calera, Zacatecas, Don Francisco Javier Pérez en 1962 comenzó en el patio trasero de casa de su padre Manuel Pérez una pequeña engorda de pollo para después venderlo en el “mercado de carnes El Laberinto” en el centro de la capital. Incursionando después en la industria avícola con 18 granjas de engorda de pollo y el restaurante Rosticeria el Pastor ® ubicado en el 214 de Av. Independencia en el centro historico de la ciudad de Zacatecas, entre otras empresas.
Conocido como un gran empresario y filántropo por su labor en la Cruz Roja en el estado, será siempre recordado con gran cariño por el legado de tradición, trabajo y familia que dejo a su paso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía un buen concepto de estas rosticerias, pero lamentablemente las últimas 3 veces que he ido el servicio es pésimo, el pollo es muy malo, está mal recalentado de un día anterior, frío y seco, te dan 5 tortillas y muy poquita salsa. Espero que cambien eso!
