The hotel has the best location in town, just walking distance to every place you may wanna go. Really friendly staff will help you all the way, to have an amazing stay. Rooms are a little bit small but super comfortable and cozy. Restaurant has really good Mexican options to enjoy. Really enjoyed the stay here and would definitely come back.

Clean room! Loved the view of the streets from the terraces. Breakfast was great. Pool side and view from the top was nice. Staff was helpful.

The location is perfect. Room are good (it's internal windows), beds are awesome and breakfast is very very nice! Nice swimming pool and rooftop. Our first experience with the staff wasn't so good: we arrive at 3am (we've informed them previously), the guy opened the door and said our reservation was canceled. Not because the late check-in but apparently they try the morning to make the paiement on my CB but it wasn't working. They didn't informed us (we used booking so the system should also has informed us). At the end, they manage to find a room but it's the first time we have such experience after 3 months travel in America, using booking. By the way, we also have good contacts with others staff members.

Very beautiful hotel. Small and intimate with a great hangout area around rooftop pool. Front desk and reception are extremely helpful and accommodating. Delicious breakfast and spotlessly clean. I will most definitely stay here when I return to Oaxaca. Look no further. Book your room here!

Love this boutique hotel set in the historic section of Oaxaca City. We stayed here with our family of 8 in early 2019. They have done a beautiful job of restoring the old building into a hotel that has all the modern conveniences. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well appointed. We stayed in two junior suites with double queen beds and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the doors that opened up onto the small balconies that overlooked the street. Great walking location to all the wonderful, restaurants, cafes, markets and historic sites. Excellent service and the staff really works hard to make your stay a pleasant one. The small onsite restaurant has a great menu and we really enjoyed our meals that we had there. The restaurant has a nice little spot on the side of the inner courtyard of the hotel and feels quaint and relaxing after a long day of exploring. We love this hotel so much that we are returning to spend 4 days there for our anniversary in early 2020. Highly recommend if you are ever visiting Oaxaca.

Excellent location. Really cute simple but spacious enough room. Super helpful and friendly employees. I don't usually get my room cleaned daily but they called to insist I take free water bottles. I booked largely for the pool and it cools you off - they play good music up there too. It'd be a great place to bring a drink. Breakfast was included in my rate - and this is the only thing I'd suggest you do not go for. It's really not great food (they have a flor and huitlacoche quesadilla - served on dry tortillas without much cheese - not the quality level you can get on the street) - and not great coffee (super close Blason serves amazing coffee). But within a two block radius is lots of truly amazing food.

I think that if i had stayed downstairs in a room, i might give this hotel a 4 rating. The hotel is SUPER well located. You cant get closer to the action! That said, the rooms are older and small and they are dark. There was a lot of marble so ok fine but the best was not a Queen it was bigger than full and smaller than queen. Tradicional? The sheets were thin. The AC gave us problems and we froze all night we couldnt figure it out. The breakfast was included hut i didnt want to eat there. They had a lovely fresh grapefruit juice. Angel, the main porter, was very very very very nice! He welcomed us and physically came with us to show us the parking which is one block away. Its not far at all and i have to say that it wouldn’t matter except when you have gigantic luggage which was our case … also there is basically almost nowhere to station the car while you get the luggage out (its the side of the building IF you find space.. so good luck! I would find another hotel to stay at if i returned. Though again the location is fantastic! Also the staff is very nice and will bring your luggage up all the stairs though there is no elevator. AND they come to your room when you have issues you run into or need help! AND they found our jewelry and returned it to us!

Excellent hotel, beautiful, 5 stars in terms of service, AC worked perfect, Very nice room, shower and bathroom also excellent. We felt very secured. Hotel schedules Covid tests for you if you need it at your own convenience. They can arrange transportation and tours too. Location is really good. Near important places and best restaurants. The only thing is that if you need a quiet sleep, you might need earplugs, many wedding receptions near by late at night. For me, earplugs worked like a dream. 100% recommended, but be aware of the noise at night.
