The food was amazing, outstanding hospitality- very authentic and friendly. Totally worth the detour!. We totally recommend if you want local authentic experience and amazing food! The owner, his chef and team will be glad to meet you and walk you through El Patio manicured decor and unforgettable menu.

They serve incredible, authentic local food - everything we ordered was delicious - and the owner and the waiter were so friendly and helpful about what to order and answered all our questions about what to do in Valladolid. It’s also in a lovely courtyard and is very reasonably priced. If you go to Valladolid, definitely eat here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our trip through Valladolid was capped off with a delicious meal at El Patio. We tried the empanadas, burrito, and poc chuc and all the food we ate was delicious. In addition, the restaurant was nicely decorated, super clean, and the owner and staff were very friendly and proud. Overall a really positive experience that we'd recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal. Of the dozen or so places we patroned while travelling in the Yucatan Peninsula, this was our favourite!
