★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito proyecto, que sí, está cerca de la UANL, pero su alrededor inmediato es una de las zonas más feas, olvidadas e inseguras de Monterrey, además que está justo frente a un paso de ferrocarril que no solo es ruidoso, tampoco permite que la calle se mantenga en buen estado
