★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida cocinada a buen termino, y de buena calidad considero que si hace falta que en las "tablas" se considere agregar una ensalada lijera de lechuga en el plato ya que hace falta para limpiar el paladar, como recomendacion no poner limón al guacamole ya que se pierde mucho el sabor y se acidifica, ya el comensal se lo puede incorporar a su gusto ya que a algunos no nos gusta con limón. Por lo demás las opciones son variadas y bien presentadas.
The food cooked to a good finish, and of good quality I consider that if it is necessary that in the "tables" it is considered to add a light lettuce salad on the plate since it is necessary to clean the palate, as a recommendation not to put lemon on the guacamole already that the flavor is lost a lot and it becomes acidic, and the diner can incorporate it to their liking since some of us do not like it with lemon. Otherwise the options are varied and well presented.
