Great spot amazing staff!

This place has struggled to compete in recent years, but it's still a great option if you want to go out in Roma and still be able to talk with your friends over a glass of wine. The best way to do things is to pick out a bottle and order tapas-style. The food isn't anything shocking, but the portions are substantial, meaning you can spend a bit more on the wine, which is what you should come to this place for in the first place.

Like someone else said, service is slow, wine and food is nothing special and overpriced. If you expect a "wine bar" don't come here. There are also two big screens playing distracting video clips. Shame because with a bit more attention it could be a nice bar...

Service was super slow. There were 5 tables occupied and 1 table got all the attention from the only 2 waiters that night. Took forever to take our drink order then we told the waiter we were ready to order and took them 20 mins to come back and take our order. I could see the other tables were also frustrated bc they were also not getting any service meanwhile the 1 table kept getting all the attention. The we finally order, took forever to get our food. Then as I bite into my rice..there was a piece of glass. The waiter apologized but didnt offer anything in replacement. Then afer asking for our bill multiple times...we realized they were still charging me for my whole meal w no discount despite the fact that I had a piece of glass in my food. My friend asked the waiter if they were going to discount anything since I couldn't eat the rest of my food bc there was glass in it. He discounted the sides only. I must say this restaurant had friendly waiters but ther service was aweful and to find a piece of glass in my food and still have to pay for my meal...not the best customer service. Not only was I disappointed w the food, I was disappointed w the service. I definitely will not return here. Only reason Im giving it a 2 stars is bc the place was clean, the wait staff although very slow, they were friendly and what I did eat did taste good.

We loved this place, the charcuterie board was amazing very well balanced. We also had two pizzas the one with fig and the one with nuts and pear. I was surprised by how amazing it was, besides we were for and they cut it in squares which made it way easier to just share it like that. The service was super good too. We will definitely go back.

First time visiting the city, looking to explore the amazing cuisine the city has to offer. On our way to the original destination rain started pouring down and we were forced to stop at the first available restaurant, couldn't have had better luck stopping g at this place. The service was amazing, the food was even better. I dont think the original spot would have come close I thank the rain for the opportunity to find this hidden gem! 5 stars 100 percent would recommend it to anyone in the city.

Eclectic Menu, from Spanish tapas to pizza, Salmon and steak.... Anybody would find something interesting and tasty. Friendly casual service. Very complete wine selection.... Or just Beer on tap. Situated on a very safe and nice area to have a Walk by "Fuente de Cibeles". Waiters and hostess are friendly but could have more training on the Menu knowledge. Am I coming back? FOR SURE !!!
