Hace unos tres años mi familia y yo compramos un paquete de pollo con complementos. El pollo olía horrible, se les olvidó echarnos las salsas, las papas venían todas aplastadas, las tortillas frías y tiesas; fuimos a hacer la queja al establecimiento y nos trataron súper mal, no nos querían regresar nuestro dinero y querían cambiarnos los alimentos por otros, logramos después de como una hora que nos regresaran lo que gastamos.
Ahora, hace unas semanas teníamos la necesidad de comprar comida hecha y como era tarde no tuvimos más opción que consumir de este lugar. Hubo un cambio de personal y administración, y debo de admitir que el pollo tiene un sabor mucho mejor, y en sí la atención es mucho mejor a la anterior. Buen cambio ^^

About three years ago my family and I bought a package of chicken with add-ons. The chicken smelled horrible, they forgot to add the sauces, the potatoes were all crushed, the tortillas cold and stiff; We went to make the complaint to the establishment and they treated us super badly, they did not want to return our money and they wanted to exchange our food for others, after about an hour we were able to get back what we spent.
Now, a few weeks ago we had the need to buy ready-made food and as it was late we had no choice but to consume from this place. There was a change in personnel and administration, and I must admit that the chicken tastes much better, and the service itself is much better than the previous one. Nice change ^^
