★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio 10/10, tratan super bien a los perritos. Super bien el concepto de guardería, los perritos andan libres jugando a comparación de otros servicios en dónde están encerrados todo el día. El servicio de baño al igual que todo al 100.
Gran lugar, super recomendado.
Excellent service 10/10, they treat the dogs super well. The nursery concept is super good, the dogs are free playing compared to other services where they are locked up all day. The bathroom service like everything 100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son buenas, pero mis perros son grandes y durante cinco días no los sacaron al jardín como lo prometieron por lo que regresaron estresados. Creo que el personal debe de estar mejor calificado. El lugar tiene potencial, pero debe mejorar en ese aspecto.
The facilities are good, but my dogs are big and for five days they were not taken out to the garden as promised so they came back stressed. I think the staff must be better qualified. The place has potential, but it needs to improve in that regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé a mi hija en el perrario porque me fui de vacaciones y puedo afirmar que fue la mejor decisión que pude haber tomado. Jackie es una perrita senior que requiere de muchas atenciones, en otros lugares había regresado muy triste, en el perrario cuando volvió estaba contenta y además olía rico. Se ve que las instalaciones son increíbles. El contacto con ellos fue constante y me mandaban fotos de mi hija. Casi todo el equipo que tienen es nuevo y me gustó el protocolo de documentación. MUY RECOMENDABLE.
I left my daughter in the perrario because I went on vacation and I can say that it was the best decision I could have made. Jackie is a senior dog who requires a lot of attention, in other places she had returned very sad, in the doghouse when she returned she was happy and also smelled delicious. You can see that the facilities are incredible. The contact with them was constant and they sent me photos of my daughter. Most of the equipment they have is new and I liked the documentation protocol. VERY RECOMMENDED.
