Les falta algun menú infatil y eso es importante porque si no los niños consumen platillos de adulto y sale caro. También hace falta música o por lo menos una pantalla para escuchar y ver algo. De ahi en fuera, el sazón es muy bueno. Recomendable. The place is small, cozy, Son Beto is very friendly and helpful although the lady who attends looks strong! They lack some children's menu and that is important because if not the children eat adult dishes and it is expensive. You also need music or at least a screen to hear and see something. From there on out, the seasoning is very good. Recommendable.

Pero LA ATENCIÓN al cliente fue selectiva con nosotros y eso que dice mi papá que ya lo conocen. La señora que atendía mesas y tomaba ordenes tardó unos 40 minutos en por fin acercarse a nuestra mesa y eso porque le tuve que hablar dos veces. Le reclamé que si nosotros fuimos segundos en llegar ¿Porqué atendió a los terceros y cuartos en la fila, su argumento es que según era reservación ¿perdón? Eso aplica solo para apartar mesa. No para que atiendan. Eso es muy grosero de su parte. Es más, llegaron 20 minutos después que nosotros ¿no nos pudo atender antes? Que alguien le diga a la señora que el chiste es hacer que la gente vuelva, no que los espante y busque opciones. Solo por el sabor de la comida y las aguas doy estrellas. I WILL NOT COME BACK OR FOR THE CHANGE. Maybe the flavor is perfect, the fresh waters are very good. But THE CUSTOMER SERVICE was selective with us and my dad says that they already know him. Las porciones son bastante justas y podría decir que generosas. El lugar es una joya escondida en Gutiérrez Zamora, digno de ser visitado si estás cerca o en camino hacia Poza Rica o Tuxpan. La atención es muy buena y el ambiente es muy familiar así como el sazón. Altamente recomendable con precios justos. The taste of the food is extraordinary. I highly recommend the grilled tenderloin of negrilla and the garlic mojo shrimp. Portions are fairly fair and I could say generous. The place is a hidden gem in Gutiérrez Zamora, worth visiting if you are near or on the way to Poza Rica or Tuxpan. The attention is very good and the atmosphere is very familiar as well as the seasoning. Highly recommended with fair prices.
