★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just travelling to Cuautemoc for a day drive out of Chihuahua. This restaurant had the smoke that they use to smoke their chicken billowing out of a smokestack next to the Cathedral. Service is super fast, as the birds over the fire are always ready to go.
For a part of 4, we got a chicken and a half, and it comes with the best corn tortillas I had while I was in Mexico. Great sides of pickled onion, and salsa verde. And, finally, the chicken was juicy, smokey, easy to eat with your hands. Paired with a couple of ice cold pacificos, this was easily one of the best dining experiences we had in Chihuahua.
