Sus amigos le decían que estaba "Loco", que bueno que Juan Francisco "Pancho" Ochoa se propuso con su "Locura" a buscar nuevas oportunidades de largo alcance y compartir con el mundo los resultados de su innovación, creatividad, pasión y entrega, al crear y cuidar una marca que ha trascendido con gran dignidad en el mundo.
Después de todo la idea de compartir el sabor de El Pollo Loco no resultó ser una idea "tan loca", mas bien fue una idea genial.

El lugar por dentro de ve algo fúnebre , algo de iluminación ayudaría más .
We entered the place because I was attracted by the exquisite smell of the chicken, very good very complete garnish but I did not like the music.
The place inside looks funereal, some lighting would help more.
