Rostizarlo a la leña le da un sabor increíble, los tiempos de cocción perfectos para una pechuga tan jugosa que pareciera muslo.
De complementos recomiendo la salchicha asada (la ponen en una bandeja por debajo de los pollos y se doran con la grasita que va cayendo) los jalapeños rellenos de philadelphia o los frijoles charros.
Con respecto a los precios, tienen paquetes muy económicos para el tamaño de pollo que ofrecen.

Roasting it over a firewood gives it an incredible flavor, the perfect cooking times for a breast so juicy it looks like a thigh.
As complements, I recommend the grilled sausage (they put it on a tray under the chickens and brown with the falling fat) the jalapeños stuffed with Philadelphia or the charro beans.
Regarding prices, they have very cheap packages for the size of chicken they offer.
