This insurer does not answer the office numbers (Tampico) or the claims service numbers, but the comments that I see here ... no, no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mí es la mejor opción en precio, doy 3 estrellas por que a Dios gracias no he tenido que ocuparlo y desconozco que tan eficientes sean en el servicio cuando se trate de siniestros...espero nunca necesitarlo.
For me it is the best option in price, I give 3 stars because thank God I have not had to occupy it and I do not know how efficient they are in the service when it comes to claims ... I hope I never need it.

Terrible service, they never took my call and I had to end up making out with the other driver. You can't count on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio he recibido por parte de esta aseguradora, mi siniestro ocurrió en Septiembre de 2019, y hasta el momento no me han entregado mi unidad reparada, siempre que lo hacen sale otra falla en la unidad. Además que es imposible comunicarme con ellos, siempre cuelgan las llamadas o transfieren a otros departamentos sin obtener respuesta alguna.
Terrible service I have received from this insurer, my incident occurred in September 2019, and so far my repaired unit has not been delivered to me, whenever they do it another fault in the unit comes out. Besides that it is impossible to communicate with them, they always hang up calls or transfer to other departments without getting any response.
