If it were something more urgent then this doctor lets my kitty die or suffer, that is very unprofessional and I had better not have spent on an appointment the first time, I would have better asked for his phone number to tell him everything by message because he would not have me anyway. solved nothing. I do not recommend it and less if your pets need something urgently, better find another place, they are not hygienic, they make you wait a lot, the treatment by the receptionists is very bad and in the end they do not give you a solution

They treat the animals well, they explain how the treatment will be and they do not charge exaggerated prices

The attention does not seem magnificent to me, the staff is very despotic and in the facilities it is the same, they lack humility, that is my personal experience, they do not even deserve a star.

They are good vets and they take care of fairly well, that yes kindly. However, they open very late (supposedly they open at 9:30 am, which is already late in itself, but they start serving until 9:45 am or more). It will take at least two hours to pass and have your pet cared for. (I have waited up to five hours) They don't schedule appointments and, well, who we work for is super difficult to lose all morning. Name suggestion (VeterIMSS) Another thing that makes service super slow is that only two doctors attend the consultation tables and some pay more attention to them than others. If your pet needs emergency care THIS IS NOT THE PLACE One of the receptionists who takes data, (the one with red hair, half broken, between forty and fifty years old, wears glasses) if she does not like you, she is super despotic and rude. Another thing is that they do not comply with the health measures for COVID, they let people pass without face masks and without a healthy distance. Even the employees don't wear face masks. I write this while I wait, I arrived at 8:00 am to pass at 9:30, however it is 10:01 and they still do not begin to attend. not open yet. Without a doubt, they lack a lot to be a quality company.

The attention is terrible, they make you register in a notebook and they do not respect the order, I arrived 7:20 pm, there were only 3 people before me and they kept coming and signing up and they passed me until the last one, I brought an emergency bird and they finished attending me until 10:30 pm, and until there was no one and they were cleaning, the Dr. did not wash his hands after grabbing a dog and so he touched it from its open wound, without gloves, he plucked the feathers without any sensitivity to his pain, if he only knows dogs, he would have said it from the beginning, besides that he has many people of assistants but they are only receptionists, assistants, they cannot give you consultation, they should hire doctors if they have so many people waiting, my recommendation is that they do not go there if the life of your pet is in danger since they will only lose valuable time, go where they can be given timely service.

Excellent service and a lot of dedication, the only thing that fails is the assistants, they should learn to do more things, of course under supervision, but the veterinarians are excellent.

Very good attention, they are so good that they are in great demand, they should see the opportunity to hire another veterinarian or improve the attention through their assistants, who support with simple things like vaccination and deworming.

The truth is it's a bit late but it's worth the wait... The treatment with pets is very friendly and professional, it's worth the wait. I do not go to any other office, service like this I have not found anywhere else!
