C	Cesar Hache on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay muchas cosas que yo he visto que podrian mejorar, y la mayoria es en cuestion dr organizacion, primero es importante que le den laatencion que se merece cada cliente (paciente) ya que he notado que el veterinario si revisa, si te explica pero cuando he llevado a mis mascotas veo que atiende a varios pacientes al mismo tiempo y creo que deberian llevar y respetar el tiempo y orden en el que cada paciente llega o le toca ser atendido y no a varios al mismo tiempo;segundo tienen personal para hacer una cosa cada uno no se si todos tengan las mismas actividades pero veo que todos hacen varias cosas y por que no asignar a cada quien a hacer algo en especifico para reducir el tiempo de espera de las cosas que son mas facilm de sacar, por ejemplo hoy yo fui a que le pusieran su vacuna a mi gato y llegue a las 2:45pm y sali a las 6pm , solo por una vacuna que tardaron en ponerla menos de 2 minuyos y eso fue por que ya no pofia quedarme mas y les comente que ya me iba solo asi me dijeron que enseguida se la ponoan y si se la pusieron y todo pero se me hace mucho tiempo de espera, alguien podria encargarse de las vacunas, o desparacitaciones parque no hagan esperar tanto y bueno por ultimo las personas que atienden han sido amables y cuando les he preguntado tanto el veterinario como los que le ayudan me han resuelto y han ayudado a mi gato cuando enfermo por esa parte no me quejo, solo si alguien de la veterinaria llegara a leerme deberian tomar en cuenta la atención on al cliente que el tiempo tambien es algo muy importante me parece que tendrian mas gente contenta y pues a los animalitos menos estresados , entonces por el momento savran qie si visitan este lugar tieneb que ir con tiempo. Pero hay mucha gente, hay que ir con tiempo ya que aveces tarda más de dos horas o menos. I love how they take care of our pets. There is a lot of heart in doctors. Totalmente recomendable. Tengo 4 perros y a todos me los a salvado y cuidado. De verdad es el único que tiene amor por su trabajo ynlos animales. Son atentos y responsables. Cuentan con todo tipo de medicamentos,cuidado y paquetes por si llegas a perder a tu mascota I recommend this vet 100%. They give priority to emergencies and treat the animals super well.
