★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice ambiance and great service. I didn't feel there was much on the menu that sounded appetizing to me, so I ended up getting a roast beef sandwich with a ceasar salad and it was pretty good. My wife got the shrimp risotto. The risotto was excellent, but the shrimp tasted old. Overall, I would go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in Mazatlán for 2 months now and have gone to all the staple restaurants that everyone says are the best. I am disappointed I waited so long to come to El Presidio and ecstatic at the same time, becuase El Presidio really is the best culinary and dining experience in all of Mazatlan. This place is amazing, the food is delicious, the service was amazing, the ambiance was out of this world. After each bite all I could think was, when am I coming back again, our server was super nice and super helpful with picking our dinner choices and as for the restaurant itself, I felt like I was sitting in the most romantic setting in the middle of the jungle with the exposed trees and outside setting. The singer was excellent, great music and he just sounded amazing. Even the people dining there were all out of a movie scene, it was an incredible evening. I'm ecstatic I didn't dine there sooner or it may have ruined all the other amazing restaurants here in Mazatlán for me, by I will definitely be back soon, maybe even tonight ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful setting in the center of old Mazatlan. The menu is great and the pairing of the dishes with great sauces creates a perfect mix of flavors. Of course having a good ambiance, company and music helps the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and a beautiful restaurant on old town Mazatlan! I would definitely be coming back! The quality of the service, food and drinks is amazing. A little fine dining experience in the Historic District is a great way to end an evening with friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is situated at an old "Hacienda", very beautiful place!
I recomend the "Atún Premium" very fresh and tasty!
Price wise is ok, we paid like $1,200 per person, but we ordered 2 bottles of wine, entries and main plates
Overall very good place, totally recommend for quiet and easy evening

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday night - This kind of crushes me based on the fact that this place is killing it’s reviews on Google. It was highly recommended to us. Not sure if it’s a one night deal or from now, but the main dishes were uneditable. My understanding is their Chef was off or not working, but anyone with basic kitchen knowledge would have made better dishes. Sadly, the table next to us was also complaining their meal wasn’t up to standard. My seafood pasta had undercooked shrimp (I ordered the seafood Soup by the way) and badly over cooked pasta noodles. Wife ordered ribeye steak that was way too salty that she couldn’t eat it. This coming from foodies who love well seasoned steaks! Even the chip dip was muddy with no flavor and lacking salt, acid or spice?!? In end they comped us the mains, we paid for our $45 USD wine (solid) and the tuna app that was actually good. We still tipped 20% for the service.. Fingers crossed this was a COVID issue, missing Chef or his/her back ups we’re also gone. Worst meal in Mexico and we’ve been here for 20 days and eat out most night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very special setting and excellent “foodie” restaurant. New menu see posted photos. Great service. Would recommend a reservation although hostess was accommodating without one as we where early for dinner 6:30pm.
