La masa madre es la fermentación natural de un grano, puede ser trigo, espelta, centeno, etc… en la cual interactúan bacterias y levaduras silvestres. Las bacterias se encargan de degradar las proteínas, las levaduras y las azúcares, por lo que es un pan mucho más nutritivo y sano, ya que no tiene más que ingredientes naturales: harina, agua y sal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment is nice and waitresses are so polite, but the waiting is unbelievable, only if you have no plans for the day I'd recommend this because the waiting is huge, be careful with the bread they offer as courtesy it will be charged if you try it
