★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención y sistema de cobro pésimas, un joven te pregunta, el mismo que te atiende (y de mala gana, con jetas que yo ya no voy) y el mismo te da tu tiket y se va corriendo a la caja donde por una rendija que apenas se ve que hay alguien te dan el cambio, después viene corriendo te da la mercancía (otra vez de mala gana) y ni revisa el tiket, entonces para que hacen tanto a la payasada, siempre colas por el pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedad a precios no tan altos, a veces la atención no es la mejor, olvidan la cortesía, la música es muy fuerte, no toman precaución de mantener el lugar de estacionamiento disponible para sus clientes y hay chicos muy irrespetuosos con lenguaje inapropiado entre ellos o bromas entre ellos que llegan a incomodar, otro punto desfavorable es cuando con sus manos empiezan a dar probadas a todo lo que sirven, por lo que lo veo poco higiénico. Un curso de amabilidad les caería muy bien, sin olvidar que deben ser más rápidos al despachar y no estar preguntando más de 3 veces lo que vas a llevar, bajarle a la música y poner atención al cliente ayudaría a mejorar su actitud grosera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy hice una compra y me dieron un queso echado a perder ,lo fui a reclamar y muy groseros me dijeron que sugerencias y quejas tenía que marcar al número del ticket ,al momento que notaron mi molestia entre ellos se empezaron a comentar que ya lo habían probado y que si estaba echado a perder y un así lo seguían vendiendo. Muy mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es lento, de mala gana porque ponen jeta, los que atienden solo están pendejeando y no atienden más que el celular. Que mal que estén teniendo estas actitudes y forma de trabajar...
13.04.22 Hoy acudí a comprar y al chico que me atendió se le cayó el queso a la hora de envolverlo... le pedí que por favor lo cambiara TODO puesto que la báscula estaba demasiado sucia, el chido intentó poner de nuevo el queso caído y cuando le pedí que me mostrara el queso a cambiar, solo me mostró 2 rebanadas de .250gr, por sentido común cambias todo, porque se cayó todo, si tuvieran una excelente limpieza chance y lo pasaba, pero la realidad es que usan el mismo guante hasta para marcar las cosas en la PC, toman las cajas de leche, el jamón, etc... uno sabe, pero la báscula estaba muy sucia. Terminó por cambiarlo todo pero porque sabía que lo estaba observando y en caja, la señora que cobra es grosera; pagué con TDD y me aventó la tarjeta y ni siquiera me quería dar el ticket.
