El servicio fue muy lento.
Deberían de poner atención los dueños para mejorarlos.

Los empleados suelen no tener mucha higiene ya que cuando uno ordena dejan su teléfono personal para ir directos a servir alimentos. En general, descuidan mucho al comensal. Ojalá mejoren ya que otros de la misma cadena no se comportan así, quizá la falta de más personal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan muy ricos pero la atención al cliente es pésima, el taquero no traía mascarilla, estaba estornudando, el salio y le pedí a la señorita un taco mas, me dijo que ya que regresara el taquero el cual ya no pedí mas que la cuenta por que tardo mucho y las señoritas bien ocupadas en el chisme. Ojalá y el dueño sepa lo que pasa antes de que pierda mas clientes ya que el sazon es muy bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tacos de barbacoa y algunos extras, sabor bueno no el mejor, cantidad de carne en sus tacos es muy pobre y mala te tocan pellejos horribles, el lugar demasiado sucio los eh visitado unas 3 veces en verdad siempre está sucio desordenado sillas encima de otras mesas, el área de cocina tortillas tiradas botes de salsa escurriendo, todo sucio y mal organizado y no tiene el tacto de esconder esa parte de los clientes. Pero esta mejor así nos damos cuenta de cómo están estos tacos. El personal les falta humildad, ganas de atender servir y dar atención a sus clientes, lastima que las sucursales los dejan a la bendición y no se dan una vuelta para atender estos de talles importantes y necesarios para dar una mejor atención y sabor. Lastima El Ranchero que no volteas (como tus tacos) a ver tus demas sucursales. Muy mal
