★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos los tacos y las tortas, malísimo el servicio al cliente en especial de las mujeres que atienden siempre con mala cara, les pedí un plato extra y no me lo quisieron dar (era para mi niña pequeña), te dan muy poca salsa les pides más y te dicen: es toda la que te puedo dar!! Y no es la primera vez que nos pasa! Es una lástima por qué nos gusta mucho el sabor que tienen, pero tampoco vamos a estarles rogando un buen trato verdad? Afortunadamente hay más negocios de tortas con buena comida en Gdl, nosotros no volvemos a ir y valla que compramos más de 10 veces en ese lugar
Good tacos and cakes, terrible customer service especially from women who always serve with a bad face, I asked for an extra plate and they did not want to give it to me (it was for my little girl), they give you very little sauce if you ask them more and they tell you: it's all I can give you!! And it's not the first time it's happened to us! It's a shame because we really like the taste they have, but we're not going to be begging them for a good deal, right? Fortunately there are more cake businesses with good food in Gdl, we don't go there again and it's true that we bought more than 10 times in that place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ...un trato muy malo...la actitud d una fulanita pésima...parece q te estan regalando x como t tratan....y si pides mas salsa se molestan... Yo no regreso...!!! Y si los dueños no les importa van a bajar d nivel...y perder clientela...irán a la quiebra.
Terrible service...a very bad treatment...the attitude of a terrible whore...it seems that they are giving you away because of how they treat you....and if you ask for more sauce they get upset...I don't come back... !!! And if the owners don't care they will downgrade...and lose customers...they will go bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen el peor servicio, la señora que atiende el teléfono es muy grosera e insulta a sus clientes (literal con groserías y todo). Mandan mal los pedidos (muy tardada la entrega) y se molestan porque hablas para solicitar que corrijan su error. En vez de disfrutar, solo te hacen pasar un mal momento. Cero recomendado.
They have the worst service, the lady who answers the phone is very rude and insults her customers (literally with profanity and everything). They send the orders wrong (very late delivery) and they get upset because you call to request that they correct their mistake. Instead of enjoying, they just give you a bad time. Zero recommended.
