P	Patricia Sierra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el lugar no es malo y aparentemente es limpio pero en la habitación 5 tienen chinches en ambas camas, se notificó y mostró a la srita ana misma q ratifico q el algún momento tuvieron ese problema en la habitación 1, desafortunadamente no nos pudo cambiar de habitación pues tenían todo lleno, durante la noche y el conflicto ella se mostró amable, comprensiva y hasta cierto punto empática, le comenté que no nos podíamos quedar ahí pues a mi marido ya lo habían picado todo y que tendríamos q ver el reembolso, me dijo que ella no podría hacerlo pero que esperara a que ella pasará su reporte con la encargada y que no veía problema, sin embargo al llegar la mañana y después de revisar todas mis cosas para no llevarme nada de sus inquilinas volvio con la "encargada" a decirme q yo las traía que en ninguna otra habitación habían tenido problemas (cuando ana ya había comentado que si en la habitación 1) más no sostuvo lo que dijo durante la noche y aseguró también que yo en mi equipaje las tenía y había puesto las chinches entre la sabana y la cobija, a lo que obvio me altere y exigi mi reembolso me dieron lo que quisieron y todavía finalizó la "encargada " ¡que te desocupen ya! Como si me interesa seguir en su chinchero!!! No les digo no vayan pero asegúrese de revisar y dormir sobre las colchas tal vez sea el único modo de librar una mordida de sus inquilinas. K	KARLA ILDELISA MENDOZA JIMENEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable, pero el servicio de las empleadas deja mucho que desear son prepotentes y nunca nos avisaron que entregando la habitación a las 12:00 pm. teníamos que desocupar las instalaciones y pues querían que pagaramos 1/2 estancia extra para que mis hijos disfrutarán de la alberca una hora más, que por qué a las cuatro hacían cambio de turno y tenían que dejar limpio, cuando en cualquier hotel con alberca en Cuautla te dejan disfrutar después de entregar la habitación, nada que ver con el Vasco que era mejor en varios aspectos. Ojalá y mejoren el servicio y capaciten a las empleadas sobre trato directo con el cliente.
