El lugar es bonito, pero la experiencia horrible. No hay gente que atienda cosas en la noche, alguien puede morir ahí y nadie se entera. Nos tocó estar al lado de unos borrachos que ponían musica y continuaban su fiesta en el cuarto hablando puras idioteces. Nadie me ayudó a silenciarlos, no existe el soporte. Pararon a las 4 am y a las 7 am ya había un sonido muy ruidoso que se escucha en todas partes, como un claxon muy ruidoso. Me dicen que es un señor que padece de sus facultades mentales y que ronda por la zona haciendo ese ruido todos los días. En resumen, si buscas tranquilidad, este NO ES EL LUGAR. Vas a dormir muy mal, y nadie podrá ayudarte. En la mañana, a las 8 am cuando queríamos irnos del lugar, no podían regresarnos nuestros documentos porque solamente atienden a las 9 am. Entonces nos estamos quedando escuchando el sonido del loco, sin posibilidad de irnos, y sin respuesta de que va a pasar.

Es un hermoso lugar, sobre todo como centro de fiestas o reuniones. El problema es el transporte y las vías de acceso, hay gente cercana o del mismo pueblo, que ni lo conoce.

Es un lugar increíble, super bien cuidado, el esmero que ponen para tener todo perfecto es impresionante, lugar indicado para bodas y xv años, el camino para llegar no está muy bueno pero una vez que llegas es un paraíso, también tienen hotel para hospedarte si así lo gustas.

A beautiful place for an event

Amazing venue. So romantic and beautiful. Terrible service. The day before the wedding we could not get the organizers attention because they were trying to lock down a new customer. So we could not get our final questions answered. It kind of felt like they had our money and did not care about taking care of us anymore. But whatever, that was fine. Morning of wedding, nothing was set up, and my family and I ran around trying to get everything figured out from tables to music. Still, that was okay. The wedding was beautiful in the amazing on-site chapel. However, the next part is why I give this venue 1 star. Our wedding band was late, which caused our reception to start 30 minutes late. Once the reception started my mother in law had to step out of the venue to speak with the owner as he demanded she pay for an extra hour of use of the venue. This was fine — we did not care about spending another few hundred dollars to enjoy our wedding day, but the fact that the owner would take the mother of the bride away from the party to get more money, rather than settle things at the end was classless, and it put a very bad mood on the party to begin with. My wife was obviously very upset about this. However after an hour went by of and we learned what was going on, I let them know in my broken Spanish that I would pay any extra costs, which caused them to stop harassing our family. The reception picked up and was the greatest night of my life. However, again, at the end of the reception they placed a person at the gate to collect parking fees from our guests. We pre-paid for parking in our contract. I had to go to the man and tell him to stop charging our family and let them leave. Then I paid a final payment to the owner for the extra hour inside the venue. In the end, the venue was beautiful, and the wedding was amazing, but the owner is very money thirsty, and his act of kindness stopped after we sent our final payment to book the place. Just be warned, because though our wedding turned out great, a lot of extra stress and frustration was added because of this venue’s greed and lack of care for their guests. Response to Owner: My wedding was May 20, 2019. We had a contract that should be in your system.
