★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne de caballo vendida como res, tenía muchos años que no compraba pero desafortunadamente me vendieron esto como T-bone podemos observar que no tiene el hueso en T, tampoco la carne cuenta con el marmloeado lo cual hace ver que no es carne de res además el grosor no corresponde con la de las otras carnicerías de la misma zona, al mismo precio que carnicerías de primera calidad.
Así que no lo duden carnicería el remate la mejor carne del caballo
