★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was great. The corn tortillas were worth writing about. It's pretty much your abuela's cooking served in her dishes. If it wasn't Mexico I would have expected to see some of the food come out in cool whip dishes. They had a server who spoke English if you need that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow.. food was okay. We got our guacamole after we finished our entrees.. I order a michelada, but it was taking a while so I asked for a coke. I got the michelada and the coke came when I finished eating.. so I carried a coke bottle out... I think I forgot it at a bar lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super food, prices and service! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The fresh squeezed orange juice is the best I have ever had. A must visit if you are in Tlaquepaque or Guadalajara! Well worth the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nice and the food is great. I had the birria and a quesadilla, my son had the pozole. Both were great, the birria was top notch although skimped from what a traditional birria plate is. What's crazy is that this place was in the middle of Tlaquepaque on a day when it was packed but it was slow inside. I believe it is because the from of the restaurant is on the inconspicuous side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spot to try loads of local Jaliscan delicacies. My boyfriend had the enchiladas de la abuela and they were delicious, the carrot and potato on top reminded me a bit of queretanas for anyone who has visited Querétaro. I had the enmoladas and they were also amazing and very filling. The prices are very reasonable considering the restaurant's proximity to the main square. The service was great and everyone was really friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try out typical food as you can also get torta ahogada, carne en su jugo, and much more!
