El espacio adyacente para reunion y comidas es acertado. Estas son las cosas buenas. Lamentablemente su ubicacion poco accesible y poca seguridad de sus zonas peatonales ( pisos escalones y escalera interior) la ubucacion de recamaras en tercer piso y los baños separados para uso comun no son muy atractivos. Las recamaras estan limpias pero los colchones son muy incómodos. Deben tambien retirar el cumulo de escombros y basura que reciben a lis visitantes y que causan un desconsuelo inicial. It has a beautiful garden designed in the ups and downs of the land with a variety of palm trees and a good-sized pool. The adjacent meeting and dining space is spot on. These are the good things. Unfortunately, its inaccessible location and poor security of its pedestrian areas (floors, steps and internal stairs), the location of bedrooms on the third floor and the separate bathrooms for common use are not very attractive. The bedrooms are clean but the mattresses are very uncomfortable. They must also remove the accumulation of debris and garbage that greet visitors and cause initial distress.

I have celebrated my birthdays there, it is always 10 out of 10. They renewed mattresses, the jacuzzi has a boiler and the space is super wide!

Fuera de eso es ideal para un grupo grande, tiene suficientes baños y cocina amplia para que puedas ir al Soriana que está a 5 min y preparar tus alimentos/bebidas ahí. Muy privado y el señor Claudio muy amable. It is well located, the house is quite spacious and beautiful, however I consider that the pool and bathrooms lacked a little more cleanliness. Apart from that, it is ideal for a large group, it has enough bathrooms and a large kitchen so that you can go to Soriana, which is 5 minutes away, and prepare your food/drinks there. Very private and Mr. Claudio very friendly.
