Sólo les falta equilibrar los condimentos porque a veces la sopa de pasta y el arroz parecen al ajillo y no lo son, al igual que la salsa tiene mucho ajo, la salsa verde de los guisados tiene mucho comino, el flan de rompope sabe a otra cosa menos a rompope o flan.
Very tasty in general and excellent service.
They only need to balance the seasonings because sometimes the pasta soup and the rice look like garlic and they are not, just as the sauce has a lot of garlic, the green sauce of the stews has a lot of cumin, the rompope flan tastes like another less than eggnog or flan.
