★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejores restaurantes que he visitado para conocer Aculco. El acceso es desde la tienda de artesanías y recuerditos, se come en la planta alta. Por $550 (diciembre 2021) disfrutamos dos platos fuertes, una jarra de agua de frutos rojos y un tablón de queso artesanal con ate. Además del sabor y ubicación, me agradó mucho que manejen cobro con tarjeta bancaria. No usé el baño pero supongo que está limpio y completo, excelente servicio al cliente. ADVERTENCIA PARA LA GENTE ALTA: las escaleras tienen el techo bajo, fíjense al subir y bajar
One of the best restaurants I have visited to know Aculco. Access is from the handicraft and souvenir shop, you eat on the upper floor. For $ 550 (December 2021) we enjoyed two main dishes, a jug of red fruit water and a board of artisan cheese with ate. In addition to the taste and location, I was very pleased that they handle payment with a bank card. I did not use the bathroom but I suppose it is clean and complete, excellent customer service. WARNING TO TALL PEOPLE: stairs are low ceilinged, be careful going up and down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida está rica, el menú variado y los precios razonables pero la atención deja mucho que desear, no porque el personal sea grosero porque fueron bastante amables, la realidad es que logísticamente hablando te hacen esperar demasiado para todo, yo tuve que esperar una hora nada más para que me dieran mi entrada y otros 40 minutos para mí plato fuerte, les pedí hielo para mis bebidas y tuve que pedírselo como a 3 personas diferentes para que media hora después me trajeran el hielo, vaya! Es que hasta para cobrar fueron lentos! De verdad salí bastante molesta de este restaurante y no disfrute bien mi comida.
The food is delicious, the menu is varied and the prices are reasonable, but the attention leaves a lot to be desired, not because the staff is rude because they were quite friendly, the reality is that logistically speaking they make you wait too long for everything, I had to wait an hour nothing else to give me my entree and another 40 minutes for my main course, I asked them for ice for my drinks and I had to ask 3 different people for it half an hour later to bring me the ice, wow! It is that even to collect they were slow! I really left this restaurant quite upset and did not enjoy my food well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of seating upstairs. A bit on the expensive side and small portions but the food was tasty and great location right on the main plaza. Nice view of the church too from the handwash area. The empanadas were delicious , so also the tortilla soup. The vegetarian hamburger and fries were good too.
