★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA DECEPCIÓN Y TOTAL ASCO... la calidad de los cortes hace unos 3 años era excelente, pero parece que compran lo peor de lo peor y lo dan a precio de alta calidad; Un T-Bone antes estaba completo, gordito y rico, y en mi última visita no pasaba de los 2cm de ancho, ni siquiera estaba completo, y ya van dos ocasiones que lo sirven en pedacitos; es bistec con hueso, y ni hablar del Ribeye. Esto sin dudarlo es culpa de la gerencia.
Tienen que mejorar porque van a perder más y más clientes.
Las ensaladas antes eran bastas y ricas, y ahora parece que pedí una mini ensalada extra extra pequeña.
El lugar es pequeño y las paredes dan la impresión de que no han pintado en años, y para lo que se paga por comer ahí se me hace una falta de respeto al cliente.
Las sillas lastiman, tienen unos picos todos feos.
Espero que haya cambios pronto, han caído muy bajo.
Y espero también que el personal sea más amable.
Deplorable todo. Es un buen lugar pero ubíquense.
 A DISAPPOINTMENT AND TOTAL DISGUST... the quality of the cuts about 3 years ago was excellent, but it seems that they buy the worst of the worst and give it at a high quality price; A T-Bone used to be whole, chubby and rich, and on my last visit it was no more than 2cm wide, it wasn't even whole, and it's already been served in pieces twice; It's steak on the bone, not to mention the Ribeye. This without hesitation is the fault of the management.
They have to improve because they are going to lose more and more customers.
Salads before were rich and rich, and now it seems I ordered an extra extra small mini salad.
The place is small and the walls look like they haven't been painted in years, and for what you pay to eat there I find it disrespectful to the customer.
The chairs hurt, they have some ugly spikes.
I hope there will be changes soon, they have fallen very low.
And I also hope that the staff will be more friendly.
All deplorable. It's a good place but settle down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo pero es que no aceptan pago con tarjeta. La atención es buena aunque tienes que estar buscando al mesero porque nunca se aparece por la mesa. El sabor de los platillos deja que desear y el menu es muy corto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenemos muchos años visitándolos y seguiremos siendo sus clientes, esta ocasión no les pongo 5 estrellas ya que el día de ayer que fuimos sucedieron un par de cosas y por ello la calificación.
1. No había ni una sola mesa y nosotros éramos 6 personas, la señorita que nos recibe adicional de querernos colocar os de ella quería, tenía una actitud fatal, posterior ya sentados se tardaron más de 10 minutos en tomarnos la orden, de hecho me tuve que levantar a pedirles la carta. Pésimo servicio de esta persona.
2. Antes de entrada te daban un trozo de queso provolone a las brazaz con jitomate y especias, hoy ya no lo dan.
Fuera de eso siguen manteniendo buenas porciones y buen sazón.
