★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He estado por varios días en un departamento de Airbnb en Anzurez. El Rinconcito de Anzurez me queda a una cuadra por lo que he desayunado varias veces ahí. Todas muy bien, excepto hoy. Pedí unos "Huevos cazuela" y un poco de frijoles. Me preguntaron si quería los huevos "fritos" o "revueltos". Los pedí fritos, por supuesto. Mi decepción fue total. En una cazuela llena de salsa verde, a mí me gusta la salsa verde, venían unos huevos ahogándose. Encontré la yema de un huevo frito, pero también una especie de huevo revuelto con algo parecido a queso. ¡Mis huevos fritos a la cazuela eran una mezcla de huevo frito con huevo revuelto con "algo"! Le comenté al mesero mi disgusto por lo que había comido. Aún así me cargaron la cuenta completa. Ahorita tengo náuseas. Me acaba de entrar la sospecha de que me pusieron un huevo frito y algunas sobras de otros huevos de otro cliente. Total, ahogado todo en salsa verde ni cuenta me habría de dar. Por cierto, los frijoles eran insulsos. Molidos en licuadora sin más chiste ni sazón.
I have been for several days in an Airbnb apartment in Anzurez. El Rinconcito de Anzurez is one block away from me, so I have had breakfast there several times. All very well, except for today. I ordered some "Huevos Casserole" and some beans. They asked me if I wanted the eggs "fried" or "scrambled". I ordered them fried, of course. My disappointment was total. In a casserole full of green sauce, I like green sauce, some eggs were drowning. I found the yolk of a fried egg, but also a kind of scrambled egg with something similar to cheese. My fried eggs casserole was a mix of fried egg with scrambled egg with "something"! I told the waiter about my dislike for what I had eaten. Still they charged me the full bill. Right now I have nausea. I just got the suspicion that they put a fried egg and some leftover eggs from another customer. Total, drowning everything in green sauce, I wouldn't even have to. By the way, the beans were bland. Ground in a blender without any more joke or seasoning.
