★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres sudar en serio, bajar la timba, hacer un ejercicio diferente como es el Box, aprender algo de técnica, sacar el estress, pegarle al costal y dejar de deambular en el gym sin saber que hacer ni como hacerlo... es una super opción. A mi en lo particular me gusta mucho. El lugar no es muy grande, ni fancy...pero si vas a hacer ejercicio, esta padre, el trato es bueno y tiene el equipamiento necesario. Has la prueba y deja de ver la TV...;)
If you want to seriously sweat, lower the timba, do a different exercise like Boxing, learn some technique, get rid of stress, hit the sack and stop wandering in the gym without knowing what to do or how to do it ... it is a super option. I particularly like it a lot. The place is not very big, nor fancy ... but if you are going to exercise, this father, the treatment is good and it has the necessary equipment. Take the test and stop watching TV ...;)
