I don't know how, I don't know why, but we tolerated that, we were already there; we sprayed the entire table and wiped down all of our cutlery with rubbing alcohol, literally for the flies. Then they gave the menu and took the order shortly after we arrived, but they took too long to bring the food. Also, to some of us they brought the soups first, but to others they brought the main course first and then the soup, or at the same time. We had to remind the waitress what we had ordered and they still didn't have it. The bone marrow soups looked like carrot soups and we had to ask them to heat them up, because they were cold (nothing worse than eating a cold broth or soup). We had to ask for napkins, because there were only the ones below the cutlery (which were already there when we arrived and we removed the flies with them). They never put sauces, garnishes or lemons in the center. Two people ordered breaded fish and one, the most vulnerable because she was old, got poisoned the night of our visit to that place. They have a lounge upstairs, so excessive noise goes all the way downstairs instead of being sealed off. The access ramp is absurd, a stone slide, so someone in a wheelchair only goes up carried by 2 people and stumbling all the way. In short, there is a lack of hygiene, attention, a lack of good service, they must take care of the ingredients they use, the temperature of the food they serve and they must isolate the environments they offer, which, although they may be similar, are not the same. And they must redo that ramp, change it for a well-designed one, with an architect.

In this gastronomic space you can savor the flavors of the food and be satisfied, I only suggest that if you are going to tip and pay with a credit or debit card, do not charge it, since they take away half of the tip that you are giving.
