 All very well, the cocktail bar is extensive, a good place to spend a weekend with the family, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ olvidé tomar fotos, pero solicitamos un molcajete con carnes y solo eran 2 o 3 tiras de carne y fría jaja, que lástima de lugar, es bonito,
pero la señoras administradoras no tienen nada de buena administración deja mucho que desear su incapacidad para llevar a cabo su rol, además de despotas.
I forgot to take photos, but we asked for a molcajete with meat and it was only 2 or 3 strips of meat and cold haha, what a shame about the place, it's nice,
but the ladies administrators have nothing of good administration leaves much to be desired their inability to carry out their role, in addition to despots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, sin embargo, la administración nueva y anterior es pésima, atención a cliente, al parecer ni siquiera buscaron el concepto en wikipedia lol.
la comida sigue siendo pésima: tiene mal sabor, las porciones son pequeñas y la entregan fría, tanto en bufete desayuno, como comida o incluso como banquete de una boda o XV años, además de los precios exorbitantes, no lo vale, lástima de instalaciones
the facilities are well maintained, however the new and old management is lousy, customer service, apparently they didn't even look up the concept on wikipedia lol.
the food is still terrible: it has a bad taste, the portions are small and they deliver it cold, both in a breakfast buffet, as a meal or even as a banquet for a wedding or XV years, in addition to the exorbitant prices, it is not worth it, shame about the facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos porque queríamos masajes y alberca climatizada, pero el agua estaba helada y los masajes no llegaron¡ el desayuno incluido solo es huevo a la Mexicana, pan y café.
Las cosas que ofrece son de calidad pero el servicio q ofrecen dejan mucho que desear, y la experiencia q ofrece es pobre, ejemplo: Un restaurante elegante en el que solo hay huevo, y cobran como comida gourmet.
Si nos hubieran dicho q no tenían servicio de alberca y spa, hubiera tomado una mejor decisión.
We booked because we wanted massages and a heated pool, but the water was cold and the massages did not come! The breakfast included is only Mexican egg, bread and coffee.
The things it offers are of quality but the service they offer leaves much to be desired, and the experience it offers is poor, example: An elegant restaurant where there is only egg, and they charge as gourmet food.
If they had told us that they did not have a pool and spa service, we would have made a better decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was amazing, set in a beautiful location away from the city with beautiful grounds. You can wander,explore and relax and enjoy the nature. There are lots of little areas tucked away to enjoy the peace and tranquility. The rooms were very spacious and very beautifully decorated with everything to make your stay memorable. The staff were all super, amazingly helpful and friendly and really helped to make our stay very memorable. The food was reasonably priced and all of the restaurant staff were all very friendly and very accomodating to all of our requests. The spa was a great place for a relaxing massage and facial, a nice little extra to make your stay special. I highly recommend this place for a little romantic holiday! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We will be back very soon!
