Includes omlettes to order, Chilaquiles, refried black beans, chicken, rice, and all of the standard Comal treats (sopes, quesadillas, tortillas). A deal for $140 MEX per person, including coffee.

When arrived to Huatulco, we asked to 4 different people at the hotel, airport transfer and a delivery driver to recommend the best place to try the Oaxacan mole. They all suggested "El Sabor de Oaxaca". The place is located steps away from the main square in town. We were warmly greeted by the owner who graciously helped us personally during the visit and along with our server, made sure we had everything we needed through our meal. After going through the menu he suggested a sampler platter and one other specialty. The taste, flavor and texture were out of this world. Although we were sharing these 2 dishes with another couple, we still had a very full take out box. Outstanding service, great flavors and overall a fantastic experience. When in town, you MUST stop by and taste mole at it's best!

However, I did expect a little more for the salad I asked for but maybe this is their style? I liked their spicy black beans..it seemed everywhere we went had them and of course the typical mole de Oaxaca!
