★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocí al propietario desde su primer local que decía BARBACOA DE RES! Me sorprendió gratamente su amabilidad y servicio, regresé varias veces porque ya sea por taquitos individualmente o por kilo (que entregan con tortilla, cilantro, cebolla etc) es buenísima la barbacoa/birria.
Cerraron por pandemia y abrieron con mayor éxito en el local mas grande de Insurgentes frente al TECORRAL. Un menú mas variado, con platos para llevar reciclables, entregan las tortas de pastor, con servilletas, popas fritas etc y sus precios son super razonables.
Se merecen el éxito.
I met the owner from his first place that said BARBACOA DE RES! I was pleasantly surprised by their kindness and service, I returned several times because either individually or per kilo (which is delivered with tortilla, coriander, onion etc) the barbecue / birria is delicious.
They closed due to a pandemic and opened with greater success in the largest location in Insurgentes in front of TECORRAL. A more varied menu, with recyclable takeaway dishes, shepherd's cakes, with napkins, fried pops etc, and their prices are super reasonable.
They deserve success.
