Ni que me hicieran un favor o les fuera a pagar con tortibonos que pésima atención por teléfono. HDSPM...5 calls were not answered in 4 and the only one that came through made me wait for more than 20 minutes. Not that they did me a favor or I was going to pay them with tortibonos that lousy attention by phone.

Te explican todo, son amables, y hasta te solucionan otros problemas de por medio que no solicitaste sin costo extra. Básicamente este comentario es por si quieren llevar su bici al taller, la lleven y confíen plenamente en que son honestos, atentos y hacen muy bien su trabajo. The treatment of the mechanics is impressively good. They explain everything to you, they are friendly, and they even solve other problems that you did not request at no extra cost. Basically this comment is in case you want to take your bike to the workshop, take it and fully trust that they are honest, attentive and do their job very well.

Solo es venta de bicicletas y que no son nada barato. Precios exagerado. No vuelvo regresar! When I go for parts they never have anything. Everything has to order and it takes time. I leave them my data and they don't talk to me to give a reason when and how much the pieces are. It is only selling bicycles and they are not cheap at all. Exaggerated prices. I'm not coming back!
