★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a phenomenal time with Monica at the tasting. It’s packed full of history and talking about what is fact versus some common misconceptions in the industry. Monica was very personable, warm, and welcoming! The mezcal itself was incredible and we ended up purchasing a few bottles to bring back home. We asked to do a tasting at 3pm and they were happy to adjust the schedule. I recommend to do this with others as it was really fun getting to know some other travelers! Highly recommend this experience.
