★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice play place to eat with family and friends. All the foods are traditional with ingredients from regional places. The prices are super accesible to everyone with an amazing flavour. The service is quite good and in the exterior they offer valet service. The place seems clean and we'll ordered. The restaurant has received many awards for being a traditional regional place, it receives LGBT community and has several quality acknowledgements. If you ever happy to be in Xalapa, this is the place to go to taste some of the flavours you can enjoy in Veracruz.

The waiter wasn't the most attentive, even though it wasn't rush hour; he seemed more intent on tending to the table with four men (politician looking, seemed to be regulars). The food was okay, nothing to write home about (an omelette, coffee, orange juice and fruit), except maybe the coffee, which was very good and the fruit, which had one piece that tasted weird. The price is a little over the top ($165 for a ho-hum breakfast?) For a restaurant with so many awards and acknowledgments, I expected more.
