Mi lugar favorito para tomar café caliente o bebidas frías hechas con café, cacao y combinaciones raras, que al mezclarse nos ofrecen sabores y mezclas deliciosas. Además amo este lugar, porque es el único lugar que encontré donde mi cosecha de café ( es decir, de mis arbustos), me tostaron mis cerezas de café, el proceso es despulpar, después se le llama pergamino y etcétera porque es todo un arte. Desafortunadamente mis primeras cosechas se echaron a perder, porque no encontré quién me ayudara a tostar mi café. Y por lo menos fueron 4 cosechas. Estoy feliz, y emocionada por probar mi cosecha. Además puedes acompañar tu café con chapatas, crepas o pan artesanal. Uffff !!!! El café normalmente es excelente, alguna vez si no están los dueños se le quema un poco y aumenta la acidez pero como sea vale la pena probarlo su eres de buen café este lugar lo tienes que visitar de seguro. Tienen además pan, crepas y otras delicias que tal vez te puedan encantar. Cuando vengas de visita a Tlayacapan y quieras conocer más lugares de la región, pregúntale a los chicos que seguro te darían a dónde ir y por dónde llegar sin tener que pagar un guía, a menos que quieras ayudar a la economía de los lugareños mejor paga el guía, si eres aventurad@ te podrás divertir subiendo los cerros y gozando lugares increíbles.
