★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio se realizaron 2 pedidos uno por 35 despensa y el otro por 19 regalos para nuestros clientes, quedaron de entrar del 6 al 10 diciembre y es la fecha en que no dan información. Tardan mucho en contestar hasta mas de 1 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un pedido de 35 cajas de despensa, por medio del call Center de esta empresa, ha Sido el camino al infierno más directo que he tenido, es una empresa falta de compromiso por parte de sus agentes de call Center, me tocó la ejecutiva Jaqueline Cruz y la atención fue grosera,.además las fechas de entrega no las.cumplen, me entregaron incompleto mi pedido, prometieron una caja de obsequio por la compra, la cual no entregaron, tuve que venir al CEDIS a Cuatitlán Izcalli para resolver por mis propios medios, ya que ellos no entregaron en tiempo y forma, 15 días de retraso para una entrega en Polanco. Última vez que compró en esta empresa. El sardinero muy mal. Call center pésimo, y la jefa de la ejecutiva, de nombre Claudia, resultó peor. En verdad que mala experiencia.

El 01 de Diciembre se nos entregó unas despensas en las cuales creímos que el que las repartía sería una persona Honesta y confiamos en su Trabajo.
Pero no fue así, en la revisión del pedido nos percatamos que nos hicieron falta 2 cajas y pensamos que fue un error de logística y a la hora de presentar lo sucedido con la Lic. Lidia Meza como la Coordinadora de entregas, la cuál comentó que todas las cajas eran entregadas correctamente y que no iba a darnos las faltantes porque según ella las mando todas pero la pregunta aquí es... Entonces el chófer se robó las dos cajas? O son cómplices de hacer este tipo de actos?
Nos decepciona saber que por apoyar a esta empresa salgamos perdiendo.
Muy mal.

Se realiza pedido con anticipación y volvieron a entregar tarde. (Otro año más haciendo lo mismo)
Este año seguí su sistema de compra en Línea y entrega calendarizada y no cumplieron con la entrega en fecha indicada.
-Sin Comunicación de Atención a Cliente ni Cobranza
-Sin aviso de entrega tardía
-Sin aviso de que no llegaría a Domicilio.
-Espera de 6 horas en sus instalaciones para entrega.
-Nadie del personal sabe el estatus de los pedidos.
Un año más queriendo confiar en esa Empresa y cada vez empeora más.
Además de que SUBIERON SUS PRECIOS.
