★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar de estilo tradicional. Muy al estilo de restaurantes típicos y pintorescos en nuestro país, tiene una pared tapizada con fotografías del pasado reciente y lejano de Teoloyucan.
Asimismo tiene todo un concepto del médico tradicional, desde las losas del piso hasta los objetos decorativos de las repisas que llegan hasta el techo.
En cuanto a la cómoda, tiene el toque tradicional de la comida casera en esta parte del valle de Cuautitlán, tiene el toque del negocio familiar atendido (probablemente) por la familia misma.
Yo pedí chilaquiles con bistec para desayunar, té, fruta y flan napolitano cómo postre. No tengo queja del sabor, tamaño de porción, limpieza ni cocción. Solo me disgustó el uso de sazonador, pero esta es una práctica extendida en la industria.
La atención fue siempre amable y cordial, con esa actitud atingente que casi se anticipa a los deseos del comensal.
Una agradable sorpresa en Teoloyucan y en medio de esta pandemia por SARS CoV2.
It is a traditional style place. Very much in the style of typical and picturesque restaurants in our country, it has a wall upholstered with photographs from the recent and distant past of Teoloyucan.
It also has a whole concept of the traditional doctor, from the floor tiles to the decorative objects on the shelves that reach the ceiling.
As for the dresser, it has the traditional feel of home cooking in this part of the Cuautitlan Valley, it has the feel of a family business run (probably) by the family itself.
I ordered chilaquiles with steak for breakfast, tea, fruit and Neapolitan flan for dessert. I have no complaints about the taste, portion size, cleanliness, or cooking. I only disliked the use of seasoning, but this is a widespread practice in the industry.
The attention was always friendly and cordial, with that attentive attitude that almost anticipates the wishes of the diner.
A pleasant surprise in Teoloyucan and in the midst of this SARS CoV2 pandemic.
