Los protocolos de higiene son muy buenos también y los vigilan mucho. La única razón por la que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque es díficil de encontrar y notamos que su vajilla estaba algo descuidada, pero eso es fácil de corregir. Buenísimo y super recomendable!! Excellent restaurant with dishes originating from Veracruz and excellent seasoning. The portions are large and the service is excellent. Hygiene protocols are very good too and they are closely monitored. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is hard to find and we noticed that your china was somewhat neglected, but that is easy to correct. Great and highly recommended !!
C	Chimbo Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda es un excelente lugar de 5 estrellas, pero hay varios detalles que hicieron que no se las diera, el servicio a pesar de ser muy atento (primero nos atendió una chica y después un chavo que resultó ser más atento) no da opciones de platillos, es increíble que una orden de 3 picaditas deban ser todas del mismo guiso, tuvimos que pedir 2 órdenes para probar otra cosa (incluso en las de huevo querían que todas fueran iguales, yo pedí 2 estrellados y 1 revuelto), la carne de las picsditas estaba muy salada como si fuera cecina, el "espresso" del lechero esta muy aguado lo que hace que se diluya mucho con la leche, en general el sabor está bien y las porciones de buen tamaño, pero lo que es increíble es que las salsas no pican nada, a excepción de la macha que no tiene nada que ver con la comida jarocha la salsa verde y roja no pican nada, simples detalles que demeritan el lugar, porque sin duda vamos a regresar a probar otras cosas, tienen un menú variado que igual vale probar...
