★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, good service and great food. It needs a better service but it's oretty much clean. Lobby can be a little messy since there's a lot going on at the restaurant, because a lot of people who aren't staying at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly personnel, but the hotel itself could use some updating and soundproofing in the rooms. Until 3am it sounded like the party on the street was in our room. The hotel has very good wifi and hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A welcomed relief with clean rooms, good food and a casino to keep you busy if your not really tired. Had a room on the 9th floor and had very good views. I would stay here whenever possible. Secure parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently electricity is expensive in Guasave as nowhere in the hotel is air-conditioned except for the rooms. We had to change rooms as there were no light bulbs in the fixtures except for in the bathroom and the doorway. Neither room had ANY decoration whatsoever... it's kind of like staying in a minimum security prison cell, except you can leave in the morning.
