★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute hotel. Historic and nicely restored. No climate control in rooms. Portable electric heaters found in room and a portable fan if it gets too warm. Only very small windows and the front door for ventilation. Mosquitoes in my room. Both screens in my room (aqua) did not seal properly to the window frame allowing mosquitoes to enter. Ask for a different room until this is fixed. Climate in Queretaro is usually mild so ventilation is frequently not an issue. Continental Breakfast is served in your room included with your room. A nice touch if you like a continental breakfast. I do not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at around 10pm, and easily found our hotel. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is beautiful. We had an upstairs room and had no issues with any city noise. The room was a good size even with the king size bed, and well equipped. We loved having the breakfast delivered to our room each morning. A great location to explore downtown. Nighttime is perfect weather and we enjoyed walking down to the parks to watch salsa dancing and eating at the many restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent small boutique hotel in the center of QRO. All the city is very walkable from here. Our room (aire) was super super clean with nice and firm mattress and soft sheets and comforter. AC was a nice to have but not needed. The showerhead is one of those water saving heads typical in this area of Mexico for droughts.
Overall, highly recommend and will stay there again.

A little space with a really nice ambient.
Perfect for couples or even for those traveling alone.
The people is super kind.
They don't have restaurant, but you are in the downtown so, you have plenty of places to eat or to have a drink.
They lend bycicles.
I really enjoyed my stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent small hotel perfectly situated for discovering Queretaro. Comfortable bed and bedding, a super-clean bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, and breakfast served in your room. What makes this place special though is its gracious proprietress, Maria. She makes you feel like she is welcoming you into her home, one that she has created with an artistic eye for detail, charm, and beauty. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great for walking downtown, the old "casona" feel was totally worth it, the first half of the building seemed more like the pictures, the second half was not so much. Parking is not far away, where they have an agreement which each room gets 50 pesos, but do ask for this when booking as I had to show them the proof. Rooms where nicely sized, beds weren't so bad, the shower pressure was fantastic, our bathroom was tiny. the breakfast was very basic, and coffee was undrinkable. Overall, I'd say it was OK, but there are lots of options so shop around and see what fits with your needs more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location and rooms, staff was pleasant and professional. The area felt very safe and family-friendly, even in the late hours of the night. The room are cleaned daily and the continental breakfast (juice, toast, jam, butter, assorted sliced fruit, coffee) is brought to your room, and there's free Wi-Fi in the room. I would definitely return to stay at this quaint hotel.
