El Sol La Vida, is a perfect getaway home!
This home has stunning ocean views with beach access, hot tub and full length pool. A great BBQ and bar area for entertaining along with ample amounts of shaded areas while lounging around poolside. Sleeps 16 with 6 large size rooms, with private entrances, ensuite bathrooms, TV, WiFi, ocean or garden views. The location gives you privacy with only a 10 minute drive to the main shopping areas. Maid Service is included and onsite grounds keeper to keep the pool and common areas clean.
The owners Linda and Ray live on site but out of sight. Being available if you need assistance.
This is a real gem for relaxation and getting together with family or friends but having your own private space to retreat to.
Located on private Emerald Bay beach, next to the Villa is a well known and popular restaurant called Surf's Up, which offers breakfast and lunch, along with private catering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rentamos la casa entera para vacaciones COVID con la familia. La casa esta fuer ade la zona de mazatlan, pero llegas en 2 minutos. Hay un restaurant a un lado, donde algunos dias hay musica en vivo y la puedes disfrutar desde tu terraza. LA casa esta completamente equipada. Tiene wifi, televisiones en todos los cuartos, apple tv en algunos cuartos y sky en todos. Una alberca muy grande que esta climatizda y jacuzzi. Cuenta con asador, y una amplia cocina. Es como estar en casa, pero frente al mar. Los dueños estan ahi todo el tiempo para lo que sea que necesites pero al mismo tiempo es como si no estuvieran porque hacen lo posible por no molestar. Tiene tablas, inflables para alberca y hasta nos prestaron unas cañas para pescar. DEfinitivamente vale la pena.
We rent the entire house for COVID vacations with the family. The house is outside the Mazatlan area, but you arrive in 2 minutes. There is a restaurant to one side, where some days there is live music and you can enjoy it from your terrace. THE house is fully equipped. It has wifi, televisions in all rooms, apple tv in some rooms and sky in all. A very large pool that is heated and jacuzzi. It has a grill, and a large kitchen. It is like being at home, but facing the sea. The owners are there all the time for whatever you need but at the same time it is as if they are not there because they do their best not to disturb you. It has tables, inflatables for the pool and they even lent us some fishing rods. It is definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a place to relax and have some quiet time at the beach, search no longer! The owners are extremely welcoming and even drove us to the closest restaurant on our arrival. The ocean view is awesome and the beach is clean and quiet- so quiet that we saw mantarays swimming there on several occasions! The room is nicely decorated and the bed is super comfy! Breakfast was delicious and prepared quickly. It might be a bit far from the center but I find this ideal for relaxing. No busy crowds, no beach vendors, just peace and relax- highly recommend it!
