Veo que hay opiniones diametralmente opuestas y entiendo la razón!
Francamente nunca había probado esta barbacoa y su consomé y la verdad me pareció exquisita! Algo fenomenal podría decir!
Quizá me atrevo a decir de calidad gourmet!
Podrían decir algunos que está cara, pero la verdad es que en mi experiencia personal, está a muy buen precio y una excelente calidad,
considerando que una barbacoa de calidad media mezclada con res la encuentras desde $350-$400 por kilogramo y el extremo en la famosa barbacoa de portales de $750 pesos por kilogramo aproximadamente! Eso sí es caro! Y no es tan extraordinaria! Y no creo que sea mejor que esta barbacoa!
Posiblemente tengan algunos pequeños detalles de atención por parte del personal, y para eso ellos necesitan retroalimentación en el momento para que mejoren su servicio! pero eso se cubre con su gran calidad de la barbacoa y su consomé que son una delicia!
Le doy calificación de 5 estrellas por la preparación artesanal que emplean!
Dios nos bendiga siempre a todos!

En relación a la barbacoa y adyacente a su elaboración, le doy una buena puntuación, sin duda vale la pena probarlo y si eres de bien diente, conviene pedir por kilo o medio.
Para el resto de la carta, me fui por lo más sencillo, claro, si ves un gran resultado en las cosas pequeñas es más que obvio tendrás la misma satisfacción en el resto del menú, no fue el caso, así que si llegas a comer en familia, ve por la barbacoa, panza, algo de consomé y las tortillas a hechas al momento.
