★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estación limpia, como en todos las estaciones, falta más enfoque en la afluencia de los trenes,tardan mucho y la demanda en pasajeros es bastante, la plaza bien, solo falta más enfoque en locales del área de comida, no hay variedad , cuenta con una tienda de bodega Aurrerá bien, que bueno que piensan en los usuarios que regresan del trabajo y pasamos por las compras de última hora,muy bien x eso .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servició rápido y seguro, pero por lo que pagas dan mal servicio a los usuarios pues siempre va lleno y en horas pico está imposible.
No ponen más trenes para mejorar la capacidad de servicio a los usuarios y ellos se siguen haciendo ricos a costillas de los usuarios viajando como sardinas, suben el precio del pasaje como se les pega la gana
No hay autoridad que regule las condiciones del mal servicio y el alza en las tarifas de éste transporte
Para finalizar el aire acondicionado lo ponen en operación cuando hace frío

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es poco caro pero muy seguro casi siempre la espera es de 15 minutos para abordar pero ya abordo se desplaza muy rápido llegas a cuautitlan en 25 o 30 minutos que no haces ni en auto
