★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia me cobraron la estancia y mi banco reflejo el pago pero los del hotel no quisieron darme la habitación aun cuando por lógica esta en su estado de cuenta, booking no me ayudo en la aclaración, si ven a una persona en recepción y dice si bueno, si bueno, si bueno relájense y reserven en otro hotel, no obtendrán ninguna ayuda, pésimo servicio.
 Very bad experience they charged me for the stay and my bank reflected the payment but the hotel people did not want to give me the room even though logically it is in their account statement, booking did not help me in the clarification, if they see a person at reception and says yes good yes good yes good relax and book another hotel you won't get any help lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la experiencia, escogimos el hotel para ver los juegos artificiales, preguntamos a los empleados y nos dijeron que podíamos subir a la azotea luego en la noche subió el dueño y dijo que no podíamos estar ahí por seguridad pero al rato vimos que sus invitados subieron. Al día siguiente no había agua, el fluido de agua, nos dijeron que esperaríamos 20 minutos y estaba helada, la peor experiencia que he tenido en hotel. La atención del dueño es horrible.
Terrible experience, we chose the hotel to see the fireworks, we asked the employees and they told us that we could go up to the roof then at night the owner went up and said that we could not be there for security but after a while we saw that his guests went up . The next day there was no water, the flow of water, they told us that we would wait 20 minutes and it was freezing, the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The attention of the owner is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó hospedarme aquí, super tranquilo, buena ubicación, con vista a las pirámides. Las camas son muy cómodas, el lugar es muy limpio. Me encantó que por la ubicación que tiene puedes dirigirte fácilmente a los puestos de comida y visitar las pirámides. Por el precio que tienen, el servicio que ofrecen está muy bien.
I loved staying here, super quiet, good location, overlooking the pyramids. The beds are very comfortable, the place is very clean. I loved that because of its location you can easily go to the food stalls and visit the pyramids. For the price they have, the service they offer is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito el lugar, pésima atención. No te dan lo que parecen. Después de una larga discusión con el encargado pude lograr rescatar algo de lo que habían cobrado x anticipado. No tienen personal capacitado. Esto es ya muy frecuente en México en este tipo de empresas.
Very nice place, terrible attention. They don't give you what they seem. After a long discussion with the manager I was able to rescue some of what had been charged in advance. They do not have trained staff. This is already very common in Mexico in this type of company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta limpio, es un ambiente agradable esta muy bien ubicado cerca de las pirámides y zona gastronómica.
Tal vez uno de los mejores lugares para la estancia en el lugar...tiene zona de desayunador- comedor p los huéspedes aunque no tiene servicio de comida. Tienes vista espectacular de los Globos aerostáticos.
The place is clean, it is a pleasant environment, it is very well located near the pyramids and the gastronomic area.
Perhaps one of the best places to stay in the place...it has a breakfast-dining area for guests although it does not have food service. You have a spectacular view of the hot air balloons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome hotel! Where do I even start?! First location - directly across from the pyramids! They have an exceptional covered viewing platform upstairs where you can have a meal or just a glass of wine/beer (BYOB) and watch the sun rise/set over the pyramids.
They are kid friendly. The grounds are gorgeous and very very secure, we parked our car there safely. Our kid was safe to run around and play in their gardens.
The family that runs the hotel truly cares and it shows. The rooms are all decorated with very nice art. The bathrooms are clean and tiled nicely. And it is absurdly inexpensive to stay here. I would expect to have payed much more based on the high quality.
Highly highly recommended!!
