La verdad si cambia mucho el sabor sin el queso si ed preferible pagar mas con queso los tacos, los volcanes muy ricos, ya no de encuentra el estacionamiento de al lado pero ellos mismos te acomodan en unos pequeños espacios ahí. El precio de cada taco si es un poco elevado pero vale la pena, las aguas de tamarindo y horchata muy ricas. Valen la pena en verdad y siempre te dan una degustación antes de. Muy buenos. Es cierto que los precios son algo elevados en cuestión calidad-precio-tamaño ya que uno esperaría tacos má grandes por $20 aproximadamente. La fortaleza radica en la promoción 2x1 de tacos al pastor que vaya, están cerca del top 100 de la CDMX, y también los tacos con queso, porque desde que uno llega y los recibe con esas entradas te dictan que el fuerte son los tacos con queso. Aunque el suadero sin grasa y la longaniza sean buenos, estas dos cosas anteriores si logran opacar muchas cosas en el menú, como los tacos de chile relleno con queso, el agua de horchata y de jamaica (que recomiendo más que una Coca-Cola por lo pequeña que es). En cuestión de las salsas si hace falta una salsa más picante, de chiles secos preferentemente, porque la salsa verde no contrasta bien con los tacos a excepción del suadero sin grasa. El servicio es excelente, bastante rápido y eficiente y esos taqueros, se nota el gran empeño y amor que le tienen al arte del taco y eso es de apreciarse.
