★ ★ ★ ★ ★ : Tacos de cueritos en barbacoa y de espaldilla con curado de fresa, éste último especialidad de la casa.
Nunca comí un taco de cueritos de esta magnitud de sabor. La barbacoa, por su parte, es mantequilla, capaz de obligar a tu paladar a sonreír ante la tersa caricia de una sensación qué uno desearía fuera indeleble.
Un lugar mejor que los mejores.
PD: pueden venir crudos, pero yo recomiendo vengan, como yo, con todos sus sentidos listos para experimentar la reconfortante magia de un spa de multisabores.
Pairing: Cueritos barbecue and shoulder tacos with strawberry curing, the latter being a house specialty.
I have never eaten a cueritos taco of this magnitude of flavor. The barbecue, for its part, is butter, capable of forcing your palate to smile at the smooth caress of a sensation that one wishes were indelible.
A place better than the best.
PS: they can come raw, but I recommend you come, like me, with all your senses ready to experience the comforting magic of a multi-flavored spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente alternativa si no quieres esperar mesa mucho tiempo o estar entre mucha gente en su local Matriz en la colonia Río Blanco (si te da miedo esta “coloña” también es buena opción), encontrarás la misma calidad, sabor y variedad pero en un mejor ambiente y sobre todo, sin problemas de estacionamiento.
An excellent alternative if you don't want to wait for a table for a long time or be among many people at your local headquarters in the Río Blanco neighborhood (if you're afraid of this "coloña" it's also a good option), you'll find the same quality, flavor and variety but in a better atmosphere and above all, no parking problems.
